SNAP-IV Self-Check — స్వీయ-తదుపరి పరీక్ష
This is a self-check screening tool for attention and activity levels. ఇది ఒక స్వీయ-తదుపరి టూల్ — శ్రద్ధ మరియు క్రియాశీలత స్థాయిలను స్క్రీనింగ్ చేయడానికి.
Instructions / సూచనలు:
- Answer truthfully about how you usually feel or behave in class. తరగతిలో మీరు సాధారణంగా ఎలా అనుభవిస్తారో నిజాయితీగా సమాధానమివ్వండి.
- Scale / స్కేలు: 0 = అసలు కాదు (Not at all), 1 = కొంచెం మాత్రమే (Just a little), 2 = కొంతవరకు (Quite a bit), 3 = చాలా ఎక్కువగా (Very much).
- There are 18 short questions. One question will appear at a time. మొత్తం 18 ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటుంది. ఒక్కో ఒక్కలా ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి.
- This is only a screening tool, not a diagnosis. ఇది ఒక స్క్రీనింగ్ టూల్ మాత్రమే — నిర్ధారణకు కాదు.
